We can do as much or as little as you need
Bolton Buildings can offer a wide range of services, from supply only of the timber frame, to construction of the complete project including foundations and drawing preparation and anything which arises in between.
All ourtimber framed buildings are made to order and so come 'ready to erect'. We can either install for you or you can ‘DIY’. We have a professional and dedicated erection team who install our buildings day in day out and cover the whole of the UK.
Our Timber Kits are Made to Order Our timber kits are made to order and so we can accommodate your specific project requirements. We pre-cut the roof rafters and can cut to any pitch to suit your drawings or your exact requirement |

Cladding
If you would prefer an alternative cladding to our whitewood featheredge boarding, let us know and we will adjust accordingly. We have used many different types of cladding take a look at our projects section.

Bolton Buildings offer a high quality, low cost modular solution on a wide range of traditional and contemporary structures. Over the past few years we have worked with most of the major housing developers based in the UK, providing from 1bay car ports to large garage complexes.

We have drawings available to support a Planning Applicationfor the standard range of buildings:-
28deg gable need garage or carport
40deg hipped end garage or carport
45deg gable ended garage or carport
45 deg barn ended garage or carport
We have 2,3 & 4 bay plans, elevation available for the above.
A set of eight drawings for £45.00 including VAT and postage. Drawings for other designs can be prepared please ask for a quotation
